It is important to get the right size of helmet for your head to insure proper safety.
To find out what helmet you should use, get a standard tape measure and wrap the tape around the back of your head, just above the ears and then across your forehead.
If your head size is between two sizes, you should order the smaller size, as it is better to have a tighter fitting helmet than a loose-fitting one.

S – 21 1/2 – 22 1/4 inches (55 – 56 cm)
M – 22 3/8 – 23 inches (57 – 58 cm)
